Pineau et Cognac Roussille

This Pineau was put in barrels after its elaboration.

Barrels are sealed by the B.N.I.C. (Bureau National Interprofessionnel du

Cognac) and monitored for several years in order to certify the authenticity

of the ageing.

Its dress is more amber, bronze and lightly copper-coloured. With a unique

presentation in a blown glass bottle sealed with wax, it is placed in a

wooden presentation case and accompanied by a certificate of

authentification.

A prune and rancio perfume exalts the same aromas in mouth.

It is drunk chilled at 8 – 9°.
