The 'Roussillette'



It is sparkling liquor.


This liquor is created with grape juice which we prevent from fermenting

by adding brandy and at 17 %. This liquor is aged several years in oak

barrels of Limousin. Then it is carbonated.

It can be drunk as an aperitif or with a desert. The liquor is served well

chilled.


To satisfy your taste we propose two product ranges:

-  ‘Roussillette’ from white vines

-  ‘Roussillette’ from red vines
